Scroll position lost when switching away from Manual tab

When switching between the documents tabs if the manual tab is scrolled down then the controls and monster memory don't show.
Solution:
1) save scrolled tab's scroll position on exit
2) scroll back to the top before switching
3) restore the scroll position when returning to the tab
